The Macpresse 105 Baler
...The MAC 105 is best to meet the needs
of medium sized recycling plants. This is a completely automatic
baler with hundreds of users worldwide. The MACPRESSE hydraulic
system automatically adjusts speed, compaction force and the
cutting speed of the trolley or ram. All MACPRESSE balers
use a combination of bolted and welded construction. The wire-tying
unit has the highest reliability in the industry. The compaction
trolley is equipped with four large wheels, four upper wheels
and four lateral rollers made of highly wear-resistant hardened
steel. The shear blade is designed with a special serrated
edge on the ram and a “V” shaped fixed knife (Macpresse
patent). This two-stage shear eliminates the need for a pre-press
flap apparatus.
