The Macpresse 110.1 Baler
...The MAC 110A is a completely automatic
high production baler. This baler has a 100 horsepower motor
and a variable flow piston pump to provide maximum production.
All MACPRESSE balers use a combination of bolted and welded
construction. The wire-tying unit has the highest reliability
in the industry. The compaction trolley is equipped with four
large wheels, four upper wheels and four lateral rollers made
of highly wear-resistant hardened steel. The shear blade is
designed with a special serrated edge on the ram and a “V”
shaped fixed knife (Macpresse patent). This two-stage shear
eliminates the need for a pre-press flap apparatus. Hydraulic
variable flow pumps drive the ram with a power regulator that
reduces energy and maintenance costs. Dense square bales are
produced on all grades of paper, plastics, aluminum and non-ferrous
metals.
