Sierra Mobile Shear - KN1000
The KN1000 weighs 4,400 lbs., has a shearing force of 300
tons, and the mouth of the shear opens to 18.5”. Cranes
that weigh between 12 and 15 tons can mount the shear on the
main boom, while a crane must weigh between 18 to 24 tons
in order to mount the shear on the second boom.
