Sierra Mobile Shear - KN1600
The KN1600 weighs 6,600 lbs., has a shearing force of 450
tons, and the mouth of the shear opens to 22”. Cranes
that weigh between 18 and 24 tons can mount the shear on the
main boom, while a crane must weigh between 28 to 34 tons
in order to mount the shear on the second boom.
