The MACPRESSE fluffers are designed to condition bulky waste and enhance bale quality. The fluffer is heavily constructed using an oversized flywheel and main shaft, high efficiency spherical bearings, electronically balanced rotor blade, electric motor, and shaft connected by an adjustable belt drive. The fluffer is easily lubricated with grease fittings. Replacement components are bolted for easy maintenance. An electric amp sensor monitors the motor load and automatically controls the conveyor feeding material into the fluffer. Adjustable material diverters are hydraulically positioned to guide material directly into the blades of the fluffer to obtain maximum conditioning of bulky materials. A separate control panel is mounted on the baler to easily operate all functions of the fluffer.
