MACPRESSE has designed and manufactured a rotary blade roll or reel cutter that quickly and efficiently solves the problem of separating high-grade paper from butt rolls. This equipment provides a fast and safe method needed to reclaim white printers waste from rolls. This machinery is heavily constructed with steel channels and plate steel. The housing contains a chain conveyor that guides and directs the rolls into the cutting assembly located in the lower portion of the unit. An electric motor drives the cutting blade is made of special hardened steel. The depth of the cut is easily adjustable to cut only the fine paper and minimize cutting of the roll. The roll or reel cutter is equipped with a suction system to automatically remove the dust generated during cutting. The dust is deposited into dust collection bags keeping the work environment clean. Removing the dust from the tubes and the paper increases the quality and value of the end product. This equipment provides a safe method to process butt rolls.
